Privacy Policy

Account information you provide: your name, email, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), and optional details such as your state, your target para exam, your test date, and how you heard about us.

Your phone number and SMS consent, only if you choose to give them. Text messages are optional, you are never required to provide a number to use the boot camp, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP.

Learning data as you use the platform: lesson progress, video watch time, quiz and practice results, drill and flashcard activity, notes, AI coach conversations, and your readiness score.

Payment information is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Usage and device data, including cookies, analytics identifiers, and a device fingerprint used to enforce the account sharing limit.

To deliver the boot camp, track your progress, calculate your readiness score, personalize your study plan, and support you.

To process payments and manage memberships, renewals, and the Pass Guarantee.

To email you about your account, your progress, your test date, and where permitted, relevant offers.

To send you text messages, only if you opted in, about your study plan and test date.

To measure and improve our content, product, and marketing.

We use cookies for essential functionality, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your progress.

Analytics and advertising cookies, such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, load only after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can decline and everything essential still works.

You can change your mind at any time through the banner or your browser settings.

Service providers who help us operate: Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for site hosting, Vimeo for video, Anthropic for the AI coach, and with your consent, Google Analytics and Meta.

We do not sell your personal information.

If your district or organization sponsors your seat, they can see that you enrolled and how far you have progressed, because that is what they are paying for. They do not see your notes, your AI coach conversations, or your individual answers.

If you signed up on your own, no district or employer sees anything.

We may disclose information where required by law.

Messages you send to the AI coach are processed by Anthropic to generate a reply, and are stored with your account so you can review your history and so we can enforce usage limits.

Do not put sensitive personal information into the coach. It is a study tool, not a confidential channel.

You can view and update your information in your account, and you can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

When you delete your account we remove your personal details, notes, sessions, and devices. We keep anonymized enrollment and payment records where we are required to.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email through the link in any message, and stop texts by replying STOP.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your data. Contact us and we will honor them.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, row-level database access controls, and a device limit that discourages account sharing.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

This platform is built for working adults preparing for a paraprofessional exam. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
