Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ParaReady, including our website, the para exam boot camp, and related services. By creating an account, enrolling, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms.

ParaReady is a Built To Pass brand. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean ParaReady and, where relevant, Built To Pass.

If you are using ParaReady on behalf of a district, school, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Access is licensed to you personally. To protect our content, accounts are limited to a set number of devices, and sharing credentials or reselling access is not permitted.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract to purchase, and you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

ParaReady is sold as a membership, billed monthly at $30 or annually at $100. Pricing is shown at checkout before you pay.

Every membership includes the full boot camp and the Pass Guarantee.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

District and access-code enrollments are governed by the license agreement or order between ParaReady and your organization, which controls where it differs from these terms.

The Pass Guarantee applies as described on the offer at the time you purchased, including any eligibility requirements such as completing the boot camp and meeting the stated conditions. The terms shown on that offer control.

The guarantee is about doing the work. It is not a promise of a particular score, and it does not apply if you did not complete the program as described.

Except where required by law or where the guarantee applies, payments are non-refundable. If you think you are owed a refund, contact us and we will work it out in good faith.

All course materials, videos, question banks, strategies, text, and software on ParaReady are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, record, redistribute, publish, or create derivative works from the content, or use it to build a competing product.

ParaReady is a preparation program. We do not write, administer, or score the para exam, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Educational Testing Service. Praxis, ParaPathways, and ParaPro are registered trademarks of ETS.

Passing scores are set by each state or agency, not by us and not nationally. Always confirm your own state requirement before you test.

Our practice questions are written in-house. They are modeled on the published blueprint, and they are not real test items.

Do not attempt to bypass security or access controls, scrape or bulk-download content, share your account, or interfere with the platform or other users.

The AI coach is a study tool. Do not use it to attempt to obtain real exam content, and do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or employment advice.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized sharing.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParaReady is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
