Amy Sink is a dynamic educator with a passion for mathematics, student engagement, and building strong school communities. She brings a wealth of experience to her current role as Assistant Principal, having taught both 1st and 3rd grades, served on the School Leadership Team as the School Administration Manager, and worked as a K–2 Mathematics Instructional Coach.
Amy is not only a leader in her school but across her district. She has developed and delivered district-wide professional development focused on effective math instruction, presenting to over 1,000 teachers across multiple sessions. She’s known for her energy, expertise, and ability to make math meaningful for both educators and students.
Even in her free time, Amy can’t stay away from math—she tutors students from early elementary through Calculus, and during the COVID-19 shutdown, she even enrolled in an online Calculus course for fun.
Amy is driven by a belief that great instruction starts with engagement and strong foundations. Whether working with teachers, students, or families, she’s committed to transforming classrooms and helping others shine. She believes the world of education needs rockstars—and she’s here to help you become the next one.
